Silver Certification - 1 day course

Conception of CYTEL.iBX, sales training, hardware, CYTEL.iBX basics, installation, user, group call, IP telephones and Softwareclient. The silver course addresses to the technical selling and administrators, which would like to develop simple configurations. General network knowledge is necessary. 


Gold Certification - 2 days course

SIP and ISDN basics, connecting several locations/branches, SIP Firewall, user, group and line concept, error tracing and diagnostic possibilities, devices/phones and their configuration. The Gold course addresses to administrators and professional networkers. After the training, the administrator will be able to install and configure CYTEL.iBX even within complex environments over several locations. Experiences with networks TCP/IP and router configurations are neccessary.
