Remote Access with Netviewer

When dealing with support cases the CYTEL help desk might need to access your PC
remotely. To ensure, that sensitive data stays in good hands, we use the remote
access application Netviewer. You and your customers can rely on Netviewer’s
three-level security.
Security in black and white Netviewer has been granted OPDV approval from German
savings banks and a security certificate from Fraunhofer Institut SIT.
